Urban Tallow began with a simple question: Can skincare be simpler? Jake and Bridget, after 25 years in Grand Rapids, wanted better skincare with cleaner ingredients. Their journey led them to experiment with locally sourced, grass-fed beef suet, eventually creating the whipped tallow formula we know today. They believe in ancient wisdom and small-batch production, crafting products that are nourishing, intentional, and uncomplicated.
